Taking Attendance Using Zoom

You can ask all your students to type "here" in the chat.  If that proves challenging or tedious, try using Zoom's automated record keeping:

  1. Click Zoom in course navigation
  2. Click Previous Meetings
  3. Click Report for the meeting that you’re trying to review to see
    • Name and email
    • Join and leave times
    • Duration in meeting
    • Poll report if relevant

Note that students must log in to Zoom to register as present.  If you use this method, ask your students to…

  • log-in at https://lasell.zoom.us with their MyLasell username and password OR
    download and log-in through the Zoom desktop app
