Being an Active Bystander Training: Title IX Training

Abstract: This Title IX training helps to explore the ideas of being an active bystander in many situations. Participants will be engaged in different activities throughout the event. Discussion of consent/FRIES, the 5 Ds, and healthy relationships will be included. This presentation is a student-run and student-led training adapted from the NCAA mandated athlete trainings on Title IX and sexual misconduct. Topics of sexual and domestic violence will be discussed.
