Feeding the Machine: Inspiring Humanity with Generative AI
Presentation Time and Location: 1:30-2:00pm, Sargent Hall 201, 2nd floor Winslow Academic Center
What is Generative Artificial Intelligence? Links to an external site.
What is the future of human creativity?
What assumptions and biases are we outsourcing to a machine?
What effect does the weighting of certain words in a prompt have on the black box of an artificial intelligence’s “mind”?
This session isn’t about answers to those questions but rather just creative play. Join us in feeding different prompts to the machine; see how tweaking tone, language, and weights will affect the output of text generators like ChatGPT and image generators like MidJourney.
